Single Pot
Beef bone broth, pure beef bone broth, half a pound of ginger slices and 5 pounds of large beef bones daily. Heat overnight, turn off the heat before leaving the shop, and turn it on immediately upon returning the next morning. Add 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon, 1/3 teaspoon MSG, 1/3 teaspoon salt, a pinch of white pepper, 2 teaspoons evaporated milk, and 5 slices of winter melon. Heat the beef bone broth, stir well, then add 6 scallions, 5 slices of ginger, 10 half-red dates, 12 goji berries, and chopped scallions. Mushroom broth: Place sand mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms in a herb packet. Heat overnight; reheat during the day. Add two slices of ginger, chicken bouillon, MSG, and salt. Pour the broth over the mushrooms, then add enoki mushrooms and fresh shiitake mushrooms in equal proportions, spreading them evenly on top. Add 3 scallions; omit the red dates and goji berries. Tomatoes: 2 tablespoons tomato sauce.
